The Programme
This programme seeks to develop the skills already gained at Level 1 and allows students to progress in their chosen trade of Trowel Occupations. This course will improve practical skills and knowledge, and combined with work experience will provide enhanced opportunities for employment within the Trowel Occupations Industry.

Units include:
03 BUILDING METHODS AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
45 WORKING DRAWINGS AND SETTING OUT BASIC MASONRY STRUCTURES
46 THIN JOINT MASONRY AND TIMBER FRAME CONSTRUCTION
47 SOLID WALLING AND ISOLATED AND ATTACHED PIERS
48 CAVITY WALLING FOUNDATIONS VERNACULAR CAVITY WALLING
Students will also be required to undertake and pass a multiple choice health & safety test. Students may be offered additional qualifications and these will be discussed during induction week.
