2. Course description This course is aimed at experienced trade union representatives who have already completed the TUC Union Representatives Stage 1 course, and is designed to develop your knowledge to handle trade union and workplace issues. You'll focus principally on developing your knowledge so you can become more effective as a workplace representative and understand workplace issues at a more advanced level. You'll develop your knowledge of employment law and personal skills which will prepare you for trade union officer posts or higher education.
