Bangor is a great small city with a thriving center full of students from all over the world. The local people are interesting, a lot of Welsh is spoken, and the natural setting is beautiful.

They can be impossibly hard. Grades are different, a low grade can be a pretty good job and it's valued differently abroad, so don't worry about that.

It is quite cheaper here in UK. Lunch in a pub with a drink is between £5 and £10 normally. A pint of beer or cider is around £2-£6, I recommend finding local breweries because sometimes you can find great quality.
