The hospitality facilities (training kitchens, restaurants) were excellent. The lecturers are very knowledgeable in their fields, and very easy to get along to.The module workshops are useful and provide useful time to discuss issues. The links for industrial placements the college has are the best in the industry.

I would definitely recommend UCB. Hands on teaching is best way to learn.
