Handling discipline and grievance issues needs to be handled with confidence; yet is often a feared activity. Done correctly it helps to keep staff motivated, done incorrectly it creates an unhelpful atmosphere and company culture, as well as potentially costing a company money in tribunals. The seminar will explore all these issues and include practical ways to make progress and handle effectively, discipline and grievance issues.
