Course Overview:
This course provides delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of project management. The course will clarify what constitutes a project and identify the core principles of project management. The contents of the course will be structured upon a generic project lifecycle, from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover and Closeout.
