Description

This course provides delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of project management. The course will clarify what constitutes a project and identify the core principles of project management. The contents of the course will be structured upon a generic project lifecycle, from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover and Closeout. It follows the APM syllabus.
Suitable for: The course is suitable for those who are new to the project management role, and for which project management will be in addition to their 'business as usual' management responsibilities. In addition, the course is suitable for those involved in a project support role, and who would benefit from understanding what projects are, and the lifecycle of a project. It is a participative course, with delegates undertaking games and activities.

This course provides delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of project management. The course will clarify what constitutes a project and identify the core principles of project management.
