Aims and Objectives
An Issue Requiring Change - Module 1.Explore the skills and techniques needed for reviewing feedback from appropriate sources and identifying a change issue. You will learn how to evaluate, consider and quantify the resource implications of not acting on the issue. You will also develop the skills to analyse organisational plans, policies and issues of organisational fit.

Planning Change - Module 2.You will learn how to develop plans to involve and lead stakeholders in planning the change. You will examine how to agree objectives for selection and undertake option appraisal and how to form plans for the preparation and implementation of change.

The Implementation and Evaluation of Change - Module 3.You will consider models for implementing change and discover six critical factors for success. You will explore the importance of aligning roles and responsibilities to organisational goals and carry out an activity related to change programmes inside your organisation. You will develop the communication skills needed when planning and implementing change and investigate tools for change: Gantt Charts and Pert Charts - Critical path analysis.
