Aims and Objectives
Characteristics of Teams - Module 1.Do you want to create a winning team? This module will help you do so - it will help you understand the characteristics of teams and also look at the attributes involved in developing a winning team. You will explore the differences between a group and a team; discover the benefits of teams; explore the stages in a team's development. Also built into the learning is the chance to consider the importance of leadership and reflect on the leadership characteristics that make for winning teams.

Team Development - Module 2.Smart managers know they cannot create success on their own. Developing their team must be a key goal of any manager - this module will help you and your team on the road to success.

Performance of Teams - Module 3.Boost your team's performance. This module will give you invaluable team leadership skills. It will help you monitor and evaluate the performance of your team; evaluate the performance of your team against given criteria such as objectives; and help make recommendations on how to improve performance.

Prerequisites
