The accommodation is a pretty good where you have your own room and have to share the kitchen and the shower.

There are different kinds of accommodations like private, house, or flat. I think flats are much better than houses because you must live with the other Erasmus students

The interaction with the local students was more needed. In my home country the local student would pick up the guest student at the airport and make sure that they settled in all right so that might help in bridging the gap between exchange and local students
