There are no additional costs. There is no need to bring anything over and above comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing for the weather.
The course is held totally outside the classroom via themed walking tours, each one concentrating on a specific area of London.

You will visit four very different neighbourhoods. Through four separate tours, students will discover the development and growth of the London Borough of Lambeth and distinguish the diverse nature of Clapham Common Southside, Vauxhall, Brixton and North Lambeth. The personalities, organisations, open spaces and architecture of each area will be profiled including Lambeth Palace, Brixton regeneration, Vauxhall’s Portuguese population, Morley College, the Oval cricket ground, ‘people power’ in Bonnington Square, the Garden History Museum and memories of World War II amid the homes of the wealthy along Clapham Common’s south side.
