About this course

To provide the participant with the skills and knowledge to manage / lead a multi-disciplinary team that can explore, create, test and validate concepts, products and services.

Practitioners, Managers, Developers, Designers & Analysts responsible for (new) digital products.

Basic Knowledge of IT products & trends. English Language.

Akendi User Experience Specialist Certification.

Taught by experienced practitioners. Attendance = 54 CPD hours.

  • Usability Testing (AT-403) - 2 days
  • Certification Exam (CXS™) - 3 hrs in the morning after the last course day or remotely (+ £50 excl. VAT).

For remote exams a quiet room, reasonably fast internet and a laptop with webcam are required.
