Description:
The Advanced Modern Apprenticeship is aimed at producing skilled technicians over a three or four year period (possible in two years after completing a foundation modern apprenticeship). Applicants must have the ability and motivation to undertake a training programme leading to the achievement of an NVQ Level 3, a technical diploma (which is a theory qualification gained after successfully completing a period of study followed by examinations taken during the apprenticeship programme), and the appropriate key skills

Progression:
Higher education, employment as a vehicle technician.

Entry Requirements:
Foundation modern apprenticeship.

Mode of attendance:
7 hours per week, plus block release and workplace assessment for 2 - 4 years
