What does the programme cover?
The Virtual Action Learning Facilitation programme has been developed as a result of four years of research. You will benefit from all the models and approaches that we have been using successfully with our own clients for more than three years. We will also share with you several concrete cases of facilitation of Audio Action Learning that we have encountered during these years. You will be given the opportunity to facilitate sessions of Audio Action Learning and receive feedback from the other participants and the facilitators. This programme will not only enable you to facilitate successful Audio Action Learning sessions, but also to achieve successful virtual one-to-one coaching and virtual team coaching.
The programme is:
- totally virtual
- highly experiential
- practice oriented
- stretching!
Our Approach
Our approach is based on four years of research. One of our findings was that even experienced Action Learning facilitators have found that their attempts to facilitate virtual action learning have left them feeling unsatisfied and uncertain of its benefits.
This programme has been developed based on the model and approach that we have used successfully with our own clients for more than three years.
The programme is unique in that it is delivered totally virtually, from the initial two-hour briefing session, through the three-day virtual workshop and follow-on virtual action learning sessions. Additional one-to-one coaching is offered virtually too, where necessary.
The programme is highly experiential and based on your own practice. Participants will find it stretching and rewarding!
Duration:
Initial 2-hour briefing session,
3-day (3 x 5 hours) virtual workshop,
followed by 3 half-day (3 x 3 hours) virtual action learning sessions over 7-9 months.
Additional one-to-one coaching where necessary
