Introduction

During this 5-day tutor led course, delegates will be taught the virtualisation and security features of VMware NSX.

This course is recommended for experienced and capable administrative users of Cisco infrastructure as it requires an advanced level of knowledge.

Delegates will also learn how VMware NSX can be integrated and the important features that will aid businesses.

Data center network architectures are examined to demonstrate how NSX intersects with and virtualises functions of a Cisco-based infrastructure in spine-leaf and traditional core-aggregate-access architectures.

Prerequisites

Delegates should:

• Have a deep understanding and experience as an administrator using Cisco networks

Or

• Completed NSX - Install, Configure, Manage [V6.0] course. (or have equivalent experience)
• Completed VMware Data Center Virtualization Fundamentals course
• Understand networking principles
