Course programme

Course review:

Volunteer managers in third sector - voluntary & community groups are also widely used across the public services. The health service, in particular, has many volunteer managers. Their role, again, is likely to become increasingly more important as changes are introduced into the health service in order to deliver cost-effective solutions for things that were previously provided by the state. This means that the demand for volunteer management skills are certainly going to increase and the Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Volunteer Management will enable individuals to develop the skills to recruit, support and manage the citizens who volunteer their time and expertise to be more involved in delivering local services.
