What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage (IHM) is a relaxing form of massage to help relieve muscle tension in the back, neck, scalp and face. Relieves headaches, sinusitis and eyestrain, promotes relaxation and aids restful sleep.

IHM is performed fully clothed and applied to the back, neck, arms, hair, scalp and face.

How long is the course?

3 days or 6 evenings tuition, home study plus 1 assessment day.
