A BPEC services sponsored programme for plumbers and allied trades on completion of which you will be able to:
Become familiar with the contents of the Water Supply (Water Fittings); Generally understand what the Water Regulations mean and recognise the role of the Water Regulations in preventing waste, misuse, undue consumption, contamination and erroneous measurement of water; Know how to practically comply with the Water Regulations; Be aware of the primary legislation underpinning the Water Regulations; Have an understanding of the documents used to enhance & explain the meaning of the Water Regulations & in particular: The Water Regulator's Specification for the Prevention of Backflow, The WRAS Water Regulation Guide.

Course programme

The training/assessment programme is for candidates with a number of years experience in plumbing or conventional heating engineering as well as Water Board inspectors and Building control officers.
A BPEC Ticket.
Our programme of learning is posted to you to study the subject at your own pace and in your own time. Our tutors will be available either on the phone or email to help you. When you are ready we will agree a mutually convenient time for you to attend the College to complete assessment activities.
