WATERCOLOUR MIXED LEVELS (LEISURE)

Course Aims:
To develop fundamental watercolour techniques, skills and applications through tutor guidance and practical experimentation.

Course Content:
This course is designed to provide a basic practical introduction to using watercolour as a painting medium. Students will learn about the selection of materials, paper stretching, basic composition, basic techniques for the application of paint, and image presentation.

Progression:
The College offers a range of courses in Art and Design, including Watercolour classes at Intermediate NCFE level 2.

Level:
Mixed Levels

A materials list will be provided in the first lesson, but the cost of materials will vary according to the quality selected.

Duration:
60 Guided Learning Hours (Typically over 20-30 weeks per year)
