Watercolour - Simply Venice

Here is an opportunity to spend the whole day exploring the techniques of watercolour painting in small classes of just 6-10 students. The classes are suitable for the very beginner through to the more experienced artist.

Claire takes you through the different brushes, paints and techniques needed. She will demonstrate step by step each stage of a picture so that you will have a finished painting to take home!

We make sure we stop for lunch, to have time away from the paintings and let them dry and for you to restart the afternoon session refreshed. (Claire always finds a glass of wine helps the creative process!)

The class starts at 9.30am and aims to finish between 3pm – 4pm.

There is something about the water and shades of the Venetian buildings with their golden hues that makes it a perfect subject for a watercolour class. I can't wait for this class. If you have any photographs of Venice, please bring them along, we'd love to see them.
