A five day course that will take you from the web page designer that you are now to becoming an Advanced Web Designer with the skills to create database driven websites for individuals, companies and organisations.
Prerequisites
  • Delegates should have a good working knowledge of Windows.
  • Delegates should feel at ease performing tasks such as arranging, sizing, switching between windows.
  • Delegates should have a very good understanding of the Internet but some prior experience of Web Page creation and image manipulation.
  • It would be helpful for delegates if they had attended the Web Designer Level 1 course or have equivalent knowledge.
  • Some database knowledge/experience would also prove helpful.


Objectives


    Delegates will be able to :
  • Produce a basic database driven website
  • Manipulate data through a website application
  • Create animations with Fireworks, and handle images dynamically
  • Coordinate database driven flash animations and secure your application
  • Locate ASP hosting- and email from a webpage
  • Overall, this course will enable delegates to progress from static web page content to dynamic sites.
