Welcome Host - a nationally recognised customer care programme in the tourist industry. (Heart of England Tourist Board accredited).
Welcome Host is a development programme that can benefit your employees by enabling them to acquire new customer service and communication skills, as well as improving their knowledge of local facilities and services.

How is it assessed?
Nationally recognised customer care programme in the tourism industry. Pre and Post course exercises.
At the end of Welcome Host, participants will have experienced a full and enjoyable day that includes brain storming, discussion, team exercises, preparing a personal action plan and a concluding exercise.
Delegates will also receive a workbook for use during the training programme and for future reference. A nationally recognised certificate and badge is awarded on completion of the one day programme.
