Wines and Spirits Advanced Level 3

Course Overview
A level 3 certificate qualification developed to enhance all previous knowledge and expand into a more comprehensive global overview. This qualification is a must have for anyone who has designs on becoming a Sommelier, Wine buyer or connoisseur of fine wines. This qualification is ideal for those wishing to attend the Wine Diploma course at a later date.

Course Structure
The courses run for 15 weeks with the first running on Mondays. The second course will run on Thursdays 2.00pm - 5.00pm in the Pegwell Building. Initially students should meet in the Pegwell reception.

Qualification Aims
The course will cover advanced product knowledge including the techniques of tasting, wine service and purchasing.
