Course programme
In this programme the student is introduced to the concept of leadership, with specific reference to women leaders, and the relationships between leaders and followers who intend real changes and outcomes. The biggest challenge facing leaders today is the changing world that wants a new type of leadership: from control to empowerment, from competition to collaboration, from uniformity to diversity, and from a self-centred focus to a higher ethical purpose.
This programme specifically addresses the challenges faced by women in leadership, from definition to emotional well-being. Milpark Business School's Women In Leadership programme is recommended for women who have a B-degree plus at least three (3) years in the management environment, or a certificate/diploma with five (5) years in the management environment. Woman who are on a management development trajectory are welcome, as the programme addresses and/or augment the required middle to senior management skills.
