My approach

As your coach, my only aim is to ensure that you reach and realise your goals. I care about my clients and am fully committed to your success. I wholeheartedly believe you have the ability and the power within you to achieve your goals and will always be there to offer my full support and encouragement.

Coaching is an exciting, empowering process where we can share your ideas, fear, laughter and tears and work towards your better, brighter life!

Techniques I use

I work holistically, which means I look at your life as a whole. Where appropriate, I incorporate different techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), relaxation, mindfulness meditation, affirmation and visualisation. Not only have these tools had an amazing effect on my life, but those of my clients too!

I have developed my own unique coaching philosophy called I CAN DO IT, which helps clients to understand what makes them "tick". Together, we work through the stages of I CAN DO IT to identify your values, strengths and goals and use them to build the life you want.

Description

Since 2008, Julie Phillips has been helping women to lead better, brighter lives. Tired of being "stuck" and wanting change, Julie has supported and encouraged women to take the steps towards achieving their goals and aspirations.

If you feel stuck or just plain old disappointed with your life at the moment, you are not alone.

Many women are unhappy with their lives and want to change their current situation, but aren't sure where to start and feel overwhelmed by the prospect of stepping out of their comfort zone and doing something different.

It is all too easy to put your personal goals aside when you get bogged down with life. Very often you put the needs of others before your own and are left with the sinking feeling that life is passing you by, whilst others around you are savouring and enjoying every moment of theirs.

Sometimes, it's the feeling that there is something "missing", but you aren't sure what it is. You have everything in your life that should make you happy and yet there is this strange sense of emptiness - and you seek the final, elusive piece of the puzzle that would make your life complete.
