Areley House, Worcestershire
Commission: Organisational Development
We are leading the process of change management within this drugs and alcohol rehabilitation facility. As a result of extensive research, consultation and evaluation to inform capacity building, we are now delivering bespoke management training and implementing a new management structure to enable the company to move forward with their business plan and targeted services under a new, strategic leadership.
Essex County Council
Commission: Capacity Building for the Essex Play Strategies
We are providing support, guidance, mentoring and elements of training to middle and senior managers across twelve districts, who are in the planning stages of developing a county-wide play strategy. This involves establishing strategic partnerships in each of the districts, facilitating the initial meetings and championing a joined up working approach to create a county co-ordinated strategy for play and leisure. We are working mainly with principle officers for leisure, community, and children's services.
London Borough of Greenwich
Commission: Management Training Programme
We are working in partnership with the council to secure funding from several sources in order to provide a borough-wide, customised management training programme. This is a targeted development programme for front-line managers who have responsibility for staff, projects and service delivery. A number of candidates have completed the thirty-week programme and are now undertaking their assessments for NVQ level 4.
