This team work course is designed to teach individuals how to effectively work in a team. This program is for individuals who regularly works in a team and wants to approve their role in the team. Participants will learn innovative techniques that will allow them to increase group efficiency. Practice managing and solving disputes that arise in a group. Learn how to maximize your team’s moral. Learn how to identify your role in a team. Practice developing team strategies in order to better complete a project. Practice leading the group and assigning projects,Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to more effectively work in a group and will know how stay efficient while working with others.
