In order to gain the NCFE National Award in Working with Children Level 1 you will need to complete a portfolio on the following mandatory units.
Unit 01 Create a safe environment for children
Unit 02 Work as part of a team
Unit 03 Contribute to equality of opportunity in support of children's development
Unit 04 Provide a range of appropriate play activities for children

What can l do on completion?
Evidence gained from this course can be used towards order awards, The award also provides progression into a number of NCFE Level 2 qualifications such as the
Intermediate Certificate in Developing Skills for Working with Children and Young People, or the Intermediate Certificate in Play work, both of which are accredited by QCA.
