About this course
You don’t need any professional experience or qualifications to study the YMCA Awards Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym-Based Exercise) & Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (Gym-Based Exercise) combined course.
You should be over 16, live in the UK, and have a reasonable level of fitness and gym experience. All filming of practical sessions must take place in a UK gym.
If English is your second language, we recommend you have IELTS 6.5/ESOL Level 2 or equivalent, but we’re happy to review your case on an individual basis.
