Yes you require GCSE English Language, GCSE Mathematics and GCSE Science at grade C or above.  You will also be required to undertake an initial asessment in English and maths and demonstrate Level 2 ability English and Level 1 in maths.  Please note if you do not have these qualifications, there is a pre-access course that you will be able to study to prepare you for a Level 3 Access programme.
