The course covers the range of design problems that architectural technologists work on, including commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and residential projects and these may involve new-build, adaptation, restoration maintenance or interiors. You will be set a number of design projects throughout the course and may undertake these in groups or on an individual basis, to gain the knowledge and skills which enable you to find efficient and effective solutions to the design and construction of buildings.
