Programme Overview
The programme is offered in the following modes of study: Full-time, Part-Time, at the LSM campus in Ealing, London.
The study of Business and Management includes the study of a variety of disciplines, including Business Finance, Human Resource Management and Marketing. It is concerned with the analysis, coordination, and leadership of resources in order to develop successful businesses.
Main educational aims of the programme
The main educational aims of Business and Management are to provide you, the student, with opportunities to:
- Access a route to achieve honours for students who have studied a cognate award equivalent to a higher diploma.
- Study for an honours Level III course that offers flexible delivery, supported by appropriate resources and guidance.
- Further develop transferable and cognitive skills in preparation for a variety of management-aligned careers or a higher award.
- Develop the ability to analyse and evaluate information to suggest solutions to management problems.
- Adopt a strategic perspective to finding solutions to organisational problems.
- Critically appraise business and management processes, techniques and theories within a context of change.
