Bridge Resource Management
Course summary:
The course is intended for bridge staff that have full knowledge of technical skills necessary to maintain a navigational watch in any area. Attendees will expect to learn human factor elements that will quip them with the tools to achieve effective human interaction and team work on board ship.
Combined training is achieved with engine room operatives attending â€" the certificate issued is then titled Crew Resource Management and the full mission engine simulators are used, either diesel or diesel electric, connected to the bridge simulator.
