Having little experience with fibre meant that at first I was a little bit overwhelmed but due to the excellent trainers and "hands on" practical facilities my confidence grew though out the week. This course has been envaluable to my future as I am now employed within the telecommunications industry

I would recommend this course as it provides the neccessary theroy and practical skills to start a new carrer or enhance the understanding of someone with previous experience. I found the course material more than adequate and it provided me with plenty of information to keep me up to date after completing the course. Being a " 5 day fast track" meant I spent a mininmal amount of time away from work and it reduced my overal accomidation costs.
Yes I would recommend this course. A good balance of theory and practical taught by professionals with industry experience, not just a bunch of boffins. The training facilities were excellent with a large practical area with simulated networks and spacious work areas. Trainers were always at hand if help was needed and more than willing to provided a bit extra out of the stated learning hours (9-5).← | →

Very pleased with whole service and the staff that make up the company! From initial enquiry through to the completiion I have been impressed & also cannot fault the service provided. I went with SDL on a trusted recommendation and it was certainly a good one! I met & discussed at length what I wanted to get out of it and then a plan was drawn up to achieve and regular contacts/visists ensued. Felt completely supported throughout and confident in my choice.
Dealt with real people who have real experience and a wide knowledge & are tireless in their desire to help you. Excellent value across the board (cost being lower than expected & based on current climate!) & being able to work as well as produce unit work was the key 'seller' for me and recommend this to others who have similar lives & schedules, who want to validate their experience and obtain a suitable high level qualification.

Having had an interest in reflexology for some years, this course has taught me how to turn reflexology into a new career. I now feel confident enough to treat anyone with the knowledge that I have gained on the course, both from a practical and theraputic aspect and also because of all the information about anatomy, physiology and pathology that the course contains. The course tutor has given me lots of support and I enjoyed doing the course with the rest of the group. I would recommend the course to those people who want to train to do reflexology as a career and also for those who would like to practice it in their own time.

Staff have incredible knowledge and are personable and friendly and also install confidence and are pleasing in that they can offer literacy and numeracy included as well as confidence building also and this has been very useful! Secure and confident in their abililty at all times.

Staff known by name and were constant - communication was faultless at all times, Creative and fresh always. Frank and in-depth and create excellent solutions to training needs. Staff have been developed at the same time and have all recognised the need for C.Service and a consistent approach in dealing with clients and SDL used our business aims to take this forward & managed to translate them to a training course that also rewards with a national qualification - and this has really increased business & also has saved on recruitment & also helped retention.
We employ all ages & experiences and no one was left out! All staff reported being pleased with the services and gave positive evaluations that cited SDL as being very supportive, friendly and approachable at all times. Positive & encouraging feedback. We will continue to work with them.

SDL are experts in L&D - they are positive & encouraging while always seeking to negotiate and utilise holistic assessment methods that allow you to perform naturally. I had some RPL and this was addressed in my IAG/induction etc. so when I started I had a clear route to follow & was continuously supported with feedback to all work submitted. Will recommend them always - they provide insight & understanding, are courteous & professional and are actually enjoyable to work with.

The level is exactly right and the units available allow you to decide on a suitable route. Excellent discussion & planning and then assessment planning was the key to being successful and also the regular meetings and the contact options.
Knowledge was addressed by various methods that always seemed appropriate & using the holistic approach is really a winner!
Length of course is just about right as there is no rush but it is incredible how quickly it comes together under this method and I was impressed. QCF is completely understood and can transfer the knowledge gained.
Responsiveness and sheer customer service is consistently delivered. Pricings are highly competitive and worth every penny - in fact should be more looking at the competition. The feeling of confidence, motivation and empowerment to be able to succeed and quickly is rather special and I have remembered many things in undertaking this activity via reflection & discussion and also have learnt and want to develop more - mentoring received is fantasic! The level is exactly right and the units available allow you to decide on a suitable route. Excellent discussion & planning and then assessment planning was the key to being successful and also the regular meetings and the contact options.
Knowledge was addressed by various methods that always seemed appropriate & using the holistic approach is really a winner!
Length of course is just about right as there is no rush but it is incredible how quickly it comes together under this method and I was impressed. QCF is completely understood and can transfer the knowledge gained.
Responsiveness and sheer customer service is consistently delivered. Pricings are highly competitive and worth every penny - in fact should be more looking at the competition. The feeling of confidence, motivation and empowerment to be able to succeed and quickly is rather special and I have remembered many things in undertaking this activity via reflection & discussion and also have learnt and want to develop more - mentoring received is fantasic! (Staff inc. Directors provide IAG, TNA, assessment & verification + you get to work with them - a great ethos!) I would like to say how very much I enjoyed the 2 day course at Ince Benet with Jane Butler.
From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable, the other girls on the course were very friendly and Jane's welcoming approach made me feel very much at ease.
Throughout the course Jane was very informative and generous with her knowledge of "Reiki" and she gave me the confidence to complete the hands on sessions with my fellow students.
The friendship I experienced during the 2 days was invaluable and going forward the knowledge and skills I learn't have equipped me with the confidence to practice on family and friends and also keep myself perfectly balanced.
I would highly recommend this course with Jane at "Ince Benet" ; the surroundings are perfect, from the building itself to the acre's of Greenland and forest, making it the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful learning experience.
Highly recommended.

We deceide that all frontline staff would benefit from undertaking this qualification -we negotiated this with SDL and decided on appropriate units to be taken including an extra unit that was over and above the full qualification but was very useful to us as a business. SDL were there to support and also to advise throughout and we are extremely pleased with the service and that all the staff now have a level 3 - it has and will continue to help our business.
