Course review:
Circuit training continues to be a hugely popular class. This module will show you how to plan classes using a range of equipment and body weight exercises and also incorporates sports-specific and health-related approaches. We will teach you how to deliver exhilarating and enjoyable circuit classes.
Course Content:
Candidates will learn:
- Identify and demonstrate a range of exercises and approaches to circuit training
- Teach various styles of circuit training classes
- Structure circuit sessions to include warm ups/cool downs, timings, intensities and relevant exercises
Format
- 1day face to face learning (a mixture of theory and practical) at our facility in Colchester
Vocational Relevance: REPS Level 2, 20CPD points

Assessment:
By coursework and practical ongoing assessment on the day of the course.
