The supervisor has a major role in reducing the risk of food poisoning and other contaminants in food, and supporting the business in meeting its legal requirements for food safety. This three day course is designed to motivate the supervisor to think and behave in a manner that delivers high standards of food safety. The candidate will gain knowledge and skills relating to the supervisor's role at all stages of food production and be able to provide examples of effective supervisory management in a food production environment.
