TEAM MEMBER [ETM] - ½ day Team members will understand how to use Project Web Access and Outlook to view tasks and projects in which they are involved. They will also be able to review and update task assignments and timesheets. They will also understand how to view and complete status reports and report non-project time. TEAM LEADER [ETL] - ½ day Team leaders will cover all aspects of the "Team Member" course; in addition they will understand delegation, task creation, to-do lists and how to review timesheet data. RESOURCE MANAGER [ERM] - 1 day For managers who need to track resource commitments across existing and upcoming projects. Delegates will understand how Project Professional and Project Web Access can support resource assignment, non-project planning and management processes. They will also understand how resource details are managed within Project Server and how to review timesheet data. PROJECT MANAGER [EPM] - 2 days For managers, planners who need to manage projects in the Enterprise Project Management Solution. Delegates will understand how to use the collaborative functions of Project Professional including building a team from the enterprise, publishing plans and how to update plans from timesheets. They will also understand how to create status reports, and the additional capabilities of Project Web Access including Portfolio Analyser and how documents, issues and risks are managed in Sharepoint services. PROJECT SERVER ADMINISTRATOR [EPSA] - 3 days This course is for the project support office and individuals responsible for supporting and maintaining the project server and for providing support for Project Web Access and Project Professional. Delegates will learn how to maintain the Enterprise global and Enterprise resource pool, create and manage user accounts, views, categories and access rights; and carry out database management. |
