Why choose Philosophy?

A level philosophy will appeal to students who enjoy reading, thinking deeply and expressing their ideas clearly in essays and in discussion.
Philosophy is the subject which teaches you to think. It helps you develop communication skills and the ability to research a topic thoroughly. Stimulating and lively classroom discussion helps you to develop and test your ideas.
