  • This module builds on Inspirational Leadership and explores the challenges of leading and managing high performance in an ever more competitive environment.
  • The programme will provide participants with a unique opportunity to better understand their own management style by completing a personal profile, using Hersey's Situational Leadership model, which can then be used to help develop different approaches to different situations.
The course:
  • Identify the 4 key reasons why people tend to under-perform
  • Identify the 4 key activities used by 'managers' to improve people performance
  • Explore how to get 'high performance' from people and identify 5 characteristics of leaders who do this effectively
  • Develop a personal profile to explore your own preferred style of Leadership
  • Explore how and when to apply different styles to different people and situations
  • Practice these different approaches and develop the confidence to apply them back in the workplace
