How is the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading course delivered?

The course is a ‘fully taught’ programme that requires a minimum of 22 hours of attendance at facilitated and tutored workshops in Manchester, which are run one evening per week for eight weeks or one afternoon and evening per week for four weeks.

How long does the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading course last?

Approximately one to two months, depending on mode of attendance.

How will I be assessed?

You will be expected to complete a ‘Reflective Review’ of each unit. Guidance and coaching will be given.
