The care sector is relatively unique in that the resources required to deliver the service are human and often these human resources are in short supply! People are the most valuable resource and consequently how their time is spent at work is vital component of a care service. This training session is aimed at teaching managers to acknowledge time as a resource and to work towards making that resource the most effective it can be within the care framework which is generally by its very nature disorderly and unpredictable.
