Myofascial Release is the new “buzz” word in Massage and Bodywork. It is the missing link, making it highly recommended as an invaluable tool to add to your existing practice.
Myofascial Release is a quick and powerful method of releasing pain and tension in the body, your clients will benefit as it allows you to go straight to the area of pain such as the back, neck, hips etc.
This course is designed for the therapist looking to add these techniques to their existing skills, so they are available to use straight away.
MFR is a specialised treatment that releases restrictions within the connective tissue, enabling stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas to become soft, pliable and re-introduce movement within the body allowing a complete release all the way to cellular level.
This Myofascial Release Course is for the full body and is open to experienced therapists with a full body massage qualification.
A very popular one day insurable, accredited course with a maximum of 6 in a class keeping it small and ensuring individual attention.
