Course Content
The B-Tec National Diploma is designed to develop practical and theoretical skills for the construction industry at supervisory / management level. Areas of study include: Health and safety, Environment, Maths in construction, Science and materials, Technology and design, planning/organising and control of resources, Graphical detailing, Measureing/estimating/tendering, Surveying, Setting out, Building regs, ICT/CAD, Valuations, Design procedures and Planning procedures Civil Engineering will include: Structural mechanics, Surveying technology, Topographic surveying, Public health, Highway construction and maintenance.

Entry Requirements
Stationary, textbooks, safety boots and suitable work clothing.

Foundation Degree in Building Technology or Construction Management.
