Brief description
The qualification you receive are accredited by Active IQ which is one of the most highly respected fitness qualification available both in the UK and overseas and by the end of the programme you will be eligible for full level 3 status on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's). Below you will find a extensive list of all the modules you will cover and I have attached a few samples of the modules covered on the course to give you an understanding of what's involved. Suitable for: Anyone new to the fitness industry or gym instructors looking to move into Personal Training. Our Intensive programme is made up of 9 modules which are completed over six weeks. During this time, students are required to attend 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 9 to 4pm. Most of the course will be made up of tutorials and workshops in the gym environment or classroom. Our facilities are base at the David Lloyds in Hounslow, which is a state of the art fitness facility with innovative equipment.
