Course Overview:
Short walks around Richmond suitable for people who want to be more active both physically and in terms of connecting with new people (both beneficial to wellbeing). The walks will be gentle but may include some light to moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces. Comfortable and suitable clothing and footwear recommended.

Course Content:
Walking and talking. Encouragement to walk at a comfortable pace to increase heart rate and breathing but allowing all participants to talk as they walk to promote positive wellbeing and health.
Assessment Methods:
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for gentle to moderate walking pace which may include some moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.
Meeting point at the RACC coffee shop and returning to the coffee shop at the end of the walk. Refreshments not included although drinking water available on site.
