Who is it for?

This course has been specifically designed for Health and Social Care Workers who have already completed NVQ Level 4. It is a nationally recognised qualification which can support and enable Senior Management staff.

What is the course about?

Providing greater responsibility and recognition of a high level of individual career skills. You must already be in a Health and Social Care environment to complete this course.

Course overview

• Each candidate is given a learning pack which includes a Workbook at induction
• This qualification focuses on the task of managing a care service and is the correct choice for managers of care homes. This includes services for older people, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems.
• The candidate must complete 8 units, 4 core plus 4 optional.
• Your assessor will observe you in your care environment
