I really enjoyed the course and found the trainer very professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitively going to book some other courses with Refocus. I really liked the organisation in a small group, where you could get lots of individual attention and some hands on experience. The course is taught in a clear, organised but really fun way and I learnt so much. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Really enjoyed this course. The teacher was lovely and very professional. The course was inter-active which kept me interested at all times. The handouts have been put together very well. In general the atmosphere was really nice and friendly - and I loved the biscuits!! I would definetly recommend this, in fact I've already booked onto another one in August.

I really enjoyed the Hopi Ear candling course - it is held at a nice location, by a professional & knowledgable teacher. The course itself is easy to follow, as it is well structured, delivered at a nice pace & supported by excellent course material.
I am currently looking into the other courses on offer, would definitely book again!
