· Practise tips and techniques associated with scriptwriting for film or drama
· Develop several small pieces of creative writing or work towards a longer piece of writing for performance if wished

Your Tutor
Jenny O'Brien's interest in creative writing began when she attended a local evening class. She went on to gain an MA in Writing for Children at King Alfred's College in Winchester. As an adult education tutor Jenny has provided general courses in Creative Writing, plus Scriptwriting, Writing for Children, and Writing & Illustrating Children's Stories. She has facilitated family story-making workshops at Cambridgewordfest and for local schools and libraries. Jenny has undertaken residences with the Vital Communities project and provided bespoke creative writing sessions for regional museums, Cambridge Refugee Centre and other local organisations.

Tuition fees: £75
Method of payment: Fees for short courses (10 weeks or less) to be paid in full at enrolment and for long courses (12 weeks or more) fees of 50% can be paid at enrolment plus 50% as a cheque. Course places cannot be reserved without receipt of both payments.

Please note that there are no classes during half term Monday 15th - Friday 19th February 2010 unless otherwise stated.
