- What we mean by stress and understand both positive and negative effects
- How to identify the symptoms of stress in ourselves and others
- How to Identify the elements of personality that help and hinder our approach to stress
- How to identify your current strategies for dealing with stress and to assess the level to which these are successful
- How to introduce techniques for dealing with specific areas of stress. These techniques will include imagery techniques, cognitive techniques and relaxation techniques
- About the three key elements of life that will build your long term resistance to stress
