OVERVIEW

This one day highly interactive programme has been developed to provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully manage their time.

COURSE CONTENT

Aim

1. Recognise the importance of effective time management

2. Agree appropriate objectives and prioritise them

3. Estimate duration of task

4. Plan activities with constraints

5. Identify and minimise interruptions to planned work

6. Monitor use of own and team’s time and review progress

7. To understand power and authority, responsibility and accountability within an organisation

8. Understand the process of effective delegation and its role in empowering staff

9. Encourage and support individuals to accept responsibility

COURSE FEES

The cost of this 1 day course is £125 + VAT per individual or £600.00 + VAT per course of 12 students for Organisations requiring bespoke in house training.
