- Splines & Text: The foundation of most models, manipulating vertices, & creating shapes with mesh in mind.
- Lofting: Placing sections onto paths to create loft objects using deform parameters to mould lofted items.
- Mesh & Polygon Editing: Using primitive 3d objects to form the basis for complex mesh models working at sub object level to manipulate faces, edges & vertices, welding, subdividing & smoothing.
- Surfaces & Nurbs: Modelling using surfaces, Quad patches & nurbs, Using the extensive features of nurbs.
- Modifiers:Using modifiers to form & influence mesh models.

- Standard lighting:
